The Cottages are not suitable for young children, however we welcome children over 12 years old.

Pets

Clean and well-behaved Companion dogs and family pets are very welcome - free of charge.
Our Holiday Cottages are not suitable for large, lively or boisterous dogs, so we ask that guests discuss their dog before booking.

Strictly no smoking.

Check In & Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 6.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Other Policies

A Booking Deposit of £200 is payable immediately, and the balance is payable 60 days before the start-date of your stay. By providing card details during the booking process you consent to us collecting outstanding amounts as they become due without further notice.

If your selected Rate Type is Non-Refundable, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For Standard Rate bookings a refund of the full amount, less the Booking Deposit, will be made for cancellations received at least 60 days before the start-date of the stay.

Both Standard Rate and Non-Refundable Rate bookings can be Upgraded to Fully Refundable (subject to T & C) by selecting the Cancellation Insurance option and paying the relevant premium.

For ‘Work-Stays occupancy is usually restricted to a maximum of one colleague per bedroom.
